Drop the jam, pump it up lol. These Jam drop cupcakes are inspired by the yummy cookie withe raspberry jam. They're a vanilla cupcake, a raspberry jam centre, with fluffy vanilla buttercream covered in shortbread cookie crumbs and a little dollop of jam on top just to make them extra cute!
