Devilishly good Salted Caramel Cupcakes

So I love cupcakes. I worked in a cupcake store as a baker for 2 years, and I grew to love the creativity that comes with coming up with new flavours. But in that whole two years, I could never go past a salted caramel cupcake.

The combination of sweet and salty is enough to send anyone over the edge. I've combined mine with a devils food cake base, with a salted caramel centre, salted caramel buttercream frosting and a generous drizzle of caramel on top with a sprinkle of pink sea salt.
