I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake. I mean I'll eat it if it's there, but it's not often near me lol. But these mini cheesecake bites are the easiest thing to make, you don't even need to bake them! They're literally the easiest cheesecake recipe I've seen, and ever made. You should give these a go!
