So this year I've been on a mission to eat cleaner. And I decided to give paleo a go. Paleo is primal eating. That means whole foods, unprocessed, no diary or grains. So far I'm feeling good. And while I've been on my mission to research and educate myself on how to addopt a similar diet to that or our cave men brothers, I've discovered new ingredients and flavours. I never would have thunk to use coconut oil to cook these sweet potato cakes, but they add such a lovely delicate flavour and I think you should try them. You won't be dissapointed.
